We are happy to announce that the Nordic Statistics Database has been updated.

Some examples of what has been added:

There are 2024 updates in matrices under Education, see EDUC03 on Number of students graduated by level, EDUC07 on Financial support for students, EDUC12 on Number of students abroad by type of study, EDUC13 on Number of students abroad by recipient country, EDUC14 Number of students by location of study and EDUC15 on Number of students abroad by  recipient country and level.

Under Public finance, matrices PUBS11 on Public expenditure, PUBS10 and PUBS12 on Taxes and PUBS14 on General government surplus, deficit and debt now all have 2024 values for the five larger countries.

There are also quite a few updates on the Our Vision 2030 indicators. See for example GREE11 on Greenhouse gas emissions, COMP42 on Pollution in urban areas and COMP51 on Intra-Nordic immigration. You can find an overview of the vision indicators here.

In KEY01, annual Economic key-figures, figures on Net borrowing and Consolidated gross debt for 2024 started to come in. In KEY02, quarterly economic key-figures, the first Q1 values on Economic growth rate are in. In KEY03, monthly economic key-figures, February values are now complete for Imports and Exports and March values are almost complete for Unemployment rate. Visualized data can be found in the dashboard on the Current economic state.
