We are happy to announce that the Nordic Statistics Database has been updated.

Some examples of what has been added:

There are updates in matrices under Demography, as 2024 values are continuing to come in. See for example POPU01 on Population sizes by January 1st (2025 values), POPU02 on Mean population sizes and POPU10 on Population growth.

Under Labour market there has also been 2024 updates. See for example matrix LABO01 on Employed by activity, LABO03 on  Part-time employment, LABO05 on Inactive population by reason, LABO11 on Employment rate by educational attainment level and citizenship and LABO14 on Unemployment rate by level of activity limitation and educational attainment level. 2024 NEET-rates are also in, by Educational attainment level in NEET01 and by Degree of urbanisation in NEET02.

On the neighboring subject of Education, EDUC06 on Early leavers from education, EDUC11  Population by educational attainment level and

EDUC20 Participation rate in education and training have also been updated.

There are also new values on Tertiary educational attainment in COMP11, on Adult participation in education and training in COMP13 and on Gender-segregation in the labour market in SOSU21. These are all Our Vision 2030 indicators, of which you can find an overview here.

In KEY01, annual Economic key-figures, figures on GDP per capita and Unemployment for 2024 are starting to come in. In KEY02, quarterly economic key-figures, all Q4 values (Economic growth rate,  Consolidated gross debt, Net borrowing, Employment rate and NEET-rate) are complete. In KEY03, monthly economic key-figures, January values are now complete for Imports and Exports, February values are almost complete for Unemployment rate and March values are complete for Inflation rates. Visualized data can be found in the dashboard on the Current economic state. 

Continuing on the economic theme, PRIC05 on House price indices now have 2024 values as do SHAR01 on Share price indices.
